DISCOUNTED GROUP HOTEL RATES (short walking distance from each other)

There is a possibility of SAI Group rate extended after 10/18 and 10/19 but only if rooms are available. They only blocked and held rooms initially until the extension date.
In both hotels for the SAI Group rates, registrants need to contact the hotel's sales reps. named below. Other alternatives if rooms are not available under the SAI Group rate according to the sales reps, is to check, if applicable, senior rates, and hotel promotions plus other discount sources like expedia.com, hotel.com, priceline.com.

Two Campbell hotels, Courtyard by Marriott-Campbell and DoubleTree Hilton-Pruneyard are offering SAI group room discount rates.

The hotels are a very short walking distance from each other.
Transportation to the event parking lot is ONLY provided at the two hotels.
The hotels do not offer shuttle bus service.
Please check with the hotels for their promotional rates, which may be lower, but usually does not allow for 24-hour cancellation.

Travel Time

Depending on traffic conditions, both hotels are maximum 15-18 minutes from San Jose International Airport and 21-22 minutes to the venue.

Complimentary self-parking ($15 charge waived if booked in SAI group block). If booking outside the group block, i.e. Bonvoy use or other, upon check-in have the desk-clerk mark your reservation as part of the SAI group.
