The program is on *Saturday, November 2, 2024* from *10:30 AM to around 1 PM*. Driving to the Satsang venue is not permitted due to unpaved gravel roads and limited parking. Shuttle services are available. Please note the shuttles for the Satsang venue from the church starts at 9:00 AM (every 15 mins or so). The last shuttle departs from the church parking lot to the satsang venue at 10:30 AM. For complete details, see below the section, GETTING TO THE VENUE.

*PORTA POTTIES*
Porta potties for women and men are located at the lower level close to the smaller tent.
Please note we have special bathrooms for attendees who use canes/walkers.
*DRESS CODE*
Ladies – Longer skirts, pants or saris, including shawls or jackets
Men – Whites or slacks/shirts
Wear sturdy shoes due to ground/terrain conditions.
Modest clothing is expected. Shorts, Bermuda shorts, blue jeans, tank tops or tee shirts are not appropriate attire.
*LUNCH*
Available “to go” or eat on premises. Boxed lunches provided at the end of the program. You are welcome to eat at the event or take it to go.
*WATER*
Please bring your own water bottle. Water will be available for refills.
*WI-FI/CONNECTIVITY*
Please note there is no mobile connectivity or Wi-Fi at the venue.
*TERRAIN*
Please take note that the terrain leading to the venue is very rugged and uneven and will require sturdy shoes. Please come prepared to account for less than ideal weather. Please wear shoes that have good traction on the ground and are not flat, especially on wet soil.
